As Featured in The Story Exchange

I’m so happy to share that Mainland Vintage was recently featured by The Story Exchange, a nonprofit media organization that spotlights the work of women entrepreneurs, as part of their 1,000+ Stories project.
It’s a broad look at Mainland Vintage itself: the idea behind tying each collection to a place and a scent, the choice to lean into vintage-inspired branding at a time when a lot of the industry is moving toward minimalist design, and how I took Mainland Vintage from a COVID hobby to a dedicated studio five years later.
It also covers a few things I don’t often talk about: where I get my inspiration from, how I decompress, and who I consider a role model (which might not be who you’d expect).
If you want the full story, you can read it here.
Thanks for following along, and for supporting a small business that’s still figuring a lot of this out in real time!
Thanks,
Sara
