Mainland Vintage began as a creative escape in 2020, a simple soap-making hobby that quickly became something more. Founder Sara Russell saw an opportunity to merge her love for storytelling, history, and travel into a unique self-care brand.

From the very start, Mainland Vintage was built around a strong visual identity inspired by an airmail aesthetic and vintage travel postcards. The brand’s signature design elements capture the feeling of receiving a beautifully crafted letter from a faraway place. Even the name Mainland Vintage reflects this theme, combining a sense of place with a nod to the past.
