Sara – Founder & Creator

Hi! I’m Sara, the founder of Mainland Vintage Bath & Body Boutique. I've been making soap, bath salts, reed diffusers and other bath & body products since 2020 (a COVID hobby turned business!). With a passion for branding, marketing, and all things DIY and handcrafted, I’ve built Mainland Vintage to blend my love of vintage aesthetics with unique and high-quality handmade products.

Rose – Production Assistant

Rose met Sara while featuring Mainland Vintage on Loving Local NYC, her film project highlighting local businesses in New York. She joined the team during the holiday rush in 2022—and with the company growing so much, she never left!

When she’s not spotlighting local makers or wrapping soaps, you can find her working on DIY projects or walking her cat.

Miranda – Marketing Intern

Miranda is a business management student at Pace University and has joined our team as a Marketing Intern! She’s always had a passion for finding creative ways to connect with people—whether through social media, design, or branding—and is excited to bring that energy to the team.

She’s working alongside Sara to grow the company’s online presence, launch several spring marketing campaigns, and provide a (much-needed) Gen Z perspective.

Moni – Labeling Specialist

Moni is a proud mom of two, always on the go with busy soccer weekends and family adventures. When she’s not having fun with the kids or crocheting, she loves cooking, watching Harry Potter movies, and jamming out to feel-good music.

Her attention to detail and love for hands-on crafting make her an essential part of Mainland Vintage, where she carefully creates ingredient stickers and cuts out a seemingly endless number of labels—ensuring every product is ready for its final touch.

Tom – Operations Specialist (& Emotional Support Husband)

Tom is an electrical engineer, software developer, and ever-supportive husband of a small business owner. When he’s not exploring the city, building interactive electronics displays, or getting lost in a good book, he’s hauling products to markets and expertly breaking down boxes in the office—a true behind-the-scenes MVP.

Sovi – Office Manager

Sovi is our 14-year-old tuxedo cat who takes her role as Office Manager very seriously. Her primary responsibilities include knocking important items off desks, conducting rigorous quality control checks on shipping boxes (by sitting in them), and strictly enforcing mandatory break times for treats.

When she’s not supervising, you can find her napping on the couch or casting judgmental stares from across the room—ensuring productivity remains at an acceptable level.
