Do you do custom orders? 

Yes! We love doing custom orders for corporate gifts, wedding and birthday favors, baby showers, Airbnb welcome gifts, and more. There's a 2-5 week turnaround depending on the size and complexity of the order. Get started on our custom orders page.

Do you do wholesale? 

Yes. You can view our wholesale site via the link below, or browse our product catalog.

Are your products vegan?

All of our products are cruelty-free. Most are vegan, but a few of our soaps include ingredients like honey or goat's milk. Those are clearly labeled on each product page, so the ingredient list is always there to check before you buy.

What's in your fragrances? Are they safe for sensitive skin?

We use a blend of fragrance oils and essential oils — all phthalate-free and sourced from US-based suppliers. We don't use harsh chemicals or detergents in any of our products. Our formulas lean on ingredients like shea butter, aloe vera, coconut oil, and goat's milk, which tend to be genuinely good for your skin.

People with sensitive skin shop with us regularly and find our products work well for them, though you know your skin best. Every product page has a full ingredient list, and our Naturally Nourishing blog post is a good place to learn more about what we use and why.

How should I store my soap, and how long will it last?

Keep it somewhere dry. Soap sitting in standing water will wear down faster than it should. Stored well, our soaps last a long time — though after about a year the fragrance will start to lighten. Still perfectly good soap, just a little quieter.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2-4 business days. Bulk and custom orders may require additional processing time, we will contact you if that's the case.

If I sign up for your email list, how often will I hear from you?

We use our email list to share news about new collections, sales, and exclusive promotions. You won't hear from us more than twice a month.
